When you reserve a tour through Maverick Helicopters, our third-party suppliers and affiliates will only be provided with the information

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set forth in this Policy. We will retain your personal data to
the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1-certified service provider.
Maverick Helciopters reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of our websites or
mobile applications will signify your acceptances of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes, we will indicate on appropriate
